Cancellation Policy

By booking with Skinpeccable Aesthetics you accept the following policies. A non-refundable booking fee is required for all bookings at the time of booking, this is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. I want to give every client the time and attention that their service deserves. I understand that sometimes circumstances arrive where you may need to make adjustments to your plans. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment I require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours prior notice will result in a charge for all or part of the service amount. Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made in the salon mean that I have reserved space and time in my diary specifically for you. Appointment dates for services help me to ensure that clients don't miss the opportunity to receive services. So I want to ensure that I am available for fill your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. Any NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount booked. The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file and by booking you agree to payment being taken in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The safety of myself and my clients is my top priority. As such I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone if I feel the pose a health and safety risk. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to those who have had previous filler treatments and as a consequence I reasonably believe that the area has been over-filled or shows signs of migration. In which case your booking fee will not be refunded. If you have previously had filler treatment it is your responsibility to advise me of this prior to treatment. Service will be refused to anyone under the age 18 and 100% of treatment costs will be due in the event of anyone under the age of 18 booking into the clinic. Service will be refused to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding and 100% of treatment costs will be due in the event of anyone booking who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Service will be refused to anyone who is flying within 5 days of treatment and 100% of treatment costs will be due in the event of anyone booking who is due to fly who has not contacted me prior to booking to confirm it is ok to have their treatment.
